La Petite Ecole adapts its teaching to each child’s academic pace and follows the guidelines of the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE) on the alternation of work and rest periods. The school also conforms to its host country’s calendar, which is based on certain vacations and yearly vacation periods. Typically, the academic year begins in early September and concludes in early July.
